The mountain residence exemplifies architecture designed to adapt to the needs of a modern family, where its members can engage in remote professional activities and opt for a second home in the midst of nature for relaxation and connection with the surrounding environment. In this context, the property was developed with the aim of providing comfort and relaxation facilities, with special attention to the configuration of interior spaces and health and wellness amenities.
Located on the southern slope, the residence enjoys a favorable position, offering spectacular views of the mountain landscape. Given the absence of nearby constructions, a level of privacy is ensured that allows occupants to authentically experience the natural environment. This aspect has been integrated into the architectural design by orienting spaces towards viewpoints of the mountain landscape.
The distribution of the residence over two levels has been carefully planned to separate functions and provide the appropriate level of privacy. On the lower level, there is the living area, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
